Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person without a civil service competition pass can be hired, because the grades offered (adjoint technique, category C) allow direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- High availability and irregular hours depending on service needs.
- Frequent travel between work sites.
- Regular contact with elected officials, staff and residents.
- Accepts physical work exposed to noise, heavy loads and hazardous products.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
