Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. Disabled workers can also join by contract.

Experience: Experienced candidates
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of plants and planting.
- Skill with petrol and hand tools.
- Chainsaw licence ECC1 required.
- Tractor driving and other CACES licences wanted.
- Knowledge of workplace safety rules required.
- Driving licence B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Possible on-call duty.
- No management role.
