Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Skills in green space maintenance.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety rules.
- Knowledge of how tools, equipment and protective gear work.
- Driving licence B required; CACES and licence C preferred.
- Rigour, versatility and public service spirit.
- Able to work in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 21 (Closes in 22 days)
Send your application by email to the town hall, preferably, or by post. You can also apply on the employer’s website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C job, no remote work.
- Driving licence B required.
- The town belongs to the COS and contributes to health and provident insurance.
