Open to civil servants and contract workers. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of sports turf and plant protection product rules
- Category B and heavy goods driving licences requested
- CACES certificates for tractor and ride-on mower
- Follows safety rules, personal protective equipment and good posture
- Public service spirit, rigour, and works alone or in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 8 (Closes in 10 days)
Apply on the Choisir le Service Public website or on the employer's website. You can also send your application to the town hall by post or email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
