Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person without a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and health and safety rules.
- Knowledge of HACCP food hygiene rules is a plus.
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
- Versatile, able to work on your own and adapt.
- Rigorous, punctual and quick to react.
- Team spirit and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
