The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment for kitchens and canteens.
- Basic food hygiene rules and good hygiene practice.
- Knowledge of correct dosages and proportions.
- Rigour, method and respect for the schedule.
- Report equipment faults to your manager.
- Positive communication with colleagues and managers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
