Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant applies. No competitive exam is needed, as the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP level wanted
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment for school kitchens and canteens.
- Basic food hygiene rules and good hygiene practices are required.
- Rigour, method, and following instructions and the schedule.
- Positive communication with colleagues and managers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Category C post, adjoint technique grades.
- Post vacant from 16/11/2026.
- Work with children aged 3 to 12, strict hygiene required.
- Deep cleaning planned during each school holiday.
