Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The person hired does not need to have passed a competitive exam, because the entry grade is category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 16 (Closes in 18 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer. You can also send your cover letter and CV by post to the employer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
