Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service competitive exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know hygiene and cleaning rules and techniques.
- Be rigorous and well organised.
- Adapt to the public and work well in a team.
- Ideally, trained in safe lifting postures and work at height.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Wearing personal protective equipment is mandatory.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 14:30.
- Occasional reception cover, and possible work on the MDML buildings.
- 75% of the public transport pass is paid by the employer.
