Permanent civil servants have priority. Contract staff can also be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct hiring without a competitive exam. Recognised disabled workers can apply through a contract.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
