Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly at this entry grade of category C (adjoint technique).
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know hygiene and safety rules and cleaning techniques.
- Understand cleaning product labels and use equipment properly.
- Follow instructions and report to your manager.
- Work well in a team, manage priorities and work independently.
- Have good physical stamina.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter to the employer by email, using the address shown on the official offer. Applications go through the employer's site.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
