The post is open to civil servants or, failing that, to contract workers. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, as the grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Rigour, independence and good organisation
- Good people skills and teamwork

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time post of 17 h 30 per week
- Hours sometimes shifted, with possible weekend work
- Driving licence B and a car are preferred
- Health insurance (mutuelle) covered at 50% on average
