Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in premises maintenance and hygiene, or training as a cleaning and hygiene agent, or significant experience
Experience: Confirmed experience. Significant experience can replace the diploma.
The profile they look for:
- Be independent, quick to react and available.
- Organise your work according to the schedule and instructions.
- Be in good physical condition.
- Know cleaning techniques and how to use hazardous products safely.
- Show discretion and punctuality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
