Civil servants of the territorial public service and contract agents can apply. A person without a competitive exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Know hygiene rules well.
- Know cleaning techniques for premises.
- Good relationship with children and a sense of teamwork.
- Good organisation and sense of priorities.
- Respect professional confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part time: 31h30 per week, plus RTT days.
- No remote work.
- Meal vouchers, health insurance and annual mobility allowance.
- The nursery closes for 7 weeks per year.
