Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered (adjoint technique, category C) is an entry grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene
- Rigour and method in the work
- Respect for hygiene rules
- Politeness and ability to remind users of the rules of the premises
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 1 (Closes in 32 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer, or send your CV and cover letter by post to the community of communes.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The position becomes vacant on 1 January 2027.
- A contract worker can be hired while waiting to recruit a civil servant.
