Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the post is open at an entry grade of category C.

The profile they look for:
- B0 electrical authorisation is wished for.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and hygiene and safety rules.
- Ability to use cleaning machines and special products safely.
- Good organisation, autonomy and rigour.
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Damp, hot, chlorinated and noisy environment.
- Long periods standing and regular lifting of products and equipment.
- Protective equipment must be worn.
- Extra pay for Sundays and public holidays.
