Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. No competitive exam is needed, because the entry grade allows direct hiring. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply under a contract.

The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning methods for public buildings and how to handle toxic products.
- Know ERP standards and safety rules, including first aid.
- Be able to do first-level maintenance.
- Be able to welcome and guide the public and mediate.
- Be rigorous, versatile and responsive, with a good team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
