Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person without a civil service competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Significant experience in cleaning, if no training.
The profile they look for:
- Organisation and method.
- Respect for protocols and instructions.
- Ability to work on your own and take initiative.
- Discretion and adaptability.
- Training in building cleaning or significant experience in the field.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 19 (Closes in 18 days)
Send your CV and cover letter by email to the employer, addressed to the President of the SIVU. The full offer is on the official Choisir le Service Public site.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- 37 hours per week, with RTT days off.
- 4 days of training per year from taking up the post, for civil servants.
- CNAS membership and contribution to health and provident insurance (subject to a labelled contract).
