Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a public competition can be hired directly at category C, but must have passed the Région's recruitment tests.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning, disinfection and maintenance techniques.
- Use equipment such as a single-disc floor scrubber, a scrubber-dryer and a pre-impregnation trolley.
- Know hygiene, safety and risk prevention rules.
- Be versatile, organised, rigorous and adaptable.
- Work alone and in a team.
- Bonus: know how a high school works.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the Région's website, in the job offers section, before 31 October 2026, with your CV and cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Usual hours are 6:15 to 15:00, with one evening a week until 20:00.
- No work at weekends or during school holidays, except planned duty days.
- Remote work is not possible.
