Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know hygiene rules and cleaning techniques
- Know how to use and store cleaning products
- Know how to call emergency services in case of accident
- Be rigorous, alert and independent
- Work well in a team and be discreet
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 30 (Closes in 31 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer page. Your application must be addressed to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C job, cleaning and maintenance role.
- Position vacant from 1 January 2027.
- Remote work not possible.
