Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A competitive exam pass is not needed, because the adjoint technique grade allows direct hiring.

The profile they look for:
- Know the rules for using products and equipment.
- Know the basic rules of waste sorting.
- Know the risks of products, heat and electricity.
- Be organised, rigorous and punctual.
- Follow management instructions and report back.
- Use correct lifting and handling postures.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
