Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules for cleaning.
- Knowledge of safe lifting and handling movements.
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection methods.
- Table service and self-service techniques.
- Knowledge of equipment use rules and risks.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website with your CV and cover letter. You can also send your file by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
