Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the post is open at an entry grade of category C.

- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection methods
- Knowledge of safe lifting and posture
- Table or self-service serving techniques
- Knowledge of equipment rules and risks
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
