Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The post is open at the adjoint technique grade (category C), without a competitive exam. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant has applied.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: HACCP training or a diploma in early childhood care
The profile they look for:
- HACCP training or a diploma in early childhood care
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety rules
- Knowledge of the Plan de maîtrise sanitaire (PMS)
- Organised, rigorous and able to work on your own
- Patient and caring towards children
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
