Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry Category C grade allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning products, techniques and equipment.
- Know hygiene and safety rules and public building (ERP) basics.
- Be able to measure products and follow HACCP procedures.
- Be versatile, independent, organised and careful.
- Be a team player and friendly.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 5 (Closes in 7 days)
Apply using the « Postuler sur le site employeur » button on the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. You will be sent to the Region's recruitment site.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours 6am to 1pm during school holidays; 41 hours per week outside holidays.
- One Saturday duty per year for open days.
- Wearing PPE is mandatory, and regular lifting of up to 10 kg.
