Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry-level category C grade. Grades: adjoint technique or adjoint technique principal de 2nd class.

- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Able to work on your own and be punctual.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Able to adapt.
- HACCP training required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
