Civil servants and non-civil servants can apply. A candidate who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply through a contract.

Diploma: CAP/BEP level diploma in a technical field, or else cleaning and maintenance experience
The profile they look for:
- CAP/BEP level diploma in a technical field, or cleaning experience
- Know cleaning techniques and HACCP food safety standards
- Know safety rules and safe lifting techniques
- Be comfortable with children and have an educational attitude
- Be organised and able to work well in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time job of 17.30 hours, Monday to Friday, with one Wednesday off per month
- 25 days of annual leave, taken during school holidays
- 75% contribution to public transport or Velo'v bike share
