Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know workplace safety and hygiene rules.
- Know the HACCP method.
- Know how to use cleaning and disinfection products.
- Follow procedures and planned checks.
- Apply safe lifting postures and basic first aid.
- Have a public service mindset and professional discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
