Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of how to use cleaning products and equipment.
- Knowledge of hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Knowledge of safe lifting and handling postures.
- Basic knowledge of safety and of working with the public.
- Good organisation, teamwork and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
