Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know hygiene rules, including for catering (HACCP).
- Master cleaning equipment, techniques and products.
- Follow safety rules and safe lifting postures.
- Show rigour, punctuality and versatility.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
