Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly at this entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of hygiene and cleaning techniques (required).
- Knowledge of the HACCP method (desired).
- Experience with cleaning products and their risks (desired).
- Ability to use machines and equipment.
- Rigour and professional conscientiousness.
- Good physical condition and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
