Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring is possible, without a competitive exam, for the adjoint technique grades in teaching establishments.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene rules.
- Know cleaning techniques for premises.
- Know how to use mechanical cleaning equipment.
- Be adaptable to many tasks and good at teamwork.
- Know how to use and store products safely.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
