Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry-level category C grade allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of food hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Good command of cleaning techniques and safety rules.
- Comfortable relating to older people.
- Kindness, listening skills and patience.
- Rigour, organisation and versatility.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
