Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the Adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 21 (Closes in 19 days)
Submit your application on the employer's website, linked from the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. You need to send your CV and cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
