Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the Adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Versatile technical skills: electrics, plumbing, rendering, painting, locksmith work.
- Electrical authorisation B1T required.
- Follows hygiene, cleanliness and safety rules.
- Able to work in a team and report issues, including in writing.
- Able to take sensible initiatives, especially in emergencies.
- Good communication, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time job.
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 5pm.
- Lunch is paid for by the employer.
- Electrical authorisation B1T required.
