Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, or send a handwritten cover letter with CV by post to the human resources department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B required.
- Training to get: electrical authorisation H0B0 and SST certificate.
- Full-time job, 38 hours per week, with possibly shifted hours.
- Remote work not possible.
