Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning and maintenance techniques for several sites.
- Know how to use cleaning machines and tools.
- Work well in a team.
- Be organised and rigorous.
- Show listening skills, dialogue and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 22 (Closes in 21 days)
Send your CV and cover letter to the Mayor, by email or by post to the town hall. The offer also gives a link to apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: start possible from 6 a.m., end of day possible at 7 p.m. or 7:30 p.m.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Interviews planned for 1 December 2026.
