Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible for the adjoint technique grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: No diploma required. CAP Agent de propreté et d'hygiène is a plus.
Experience: Beginners welcome, training provided.
The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning products, dosages and hazard symbols.
- Follow hygiene and safety rules, and safe lifting and posture.
- Be rigorous, independent and punctual.
- Be discreet and behave well in a school setting.
- Have a sense of public service and a team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 21 (Closes in 20 days)
Apply on the employer's site using the button on the official offer. You can also send your CV and cover letter to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- No night work: never before 6 a.m. or after 8 p.m.
- Hours are grouped into half days as much as possible.
- Gloves and equipment are provided.
