Open to civil servants (by transfer or secondment) and contract staff. A person who did not pass a public competition can be hired, as the grade is an entry-level category C grade.

- Basic cleaning skills and use of cleaning products
- Basic DIY skills
- Knowledge of synthetic pitch maintenance
- Non-electrician electrical authorisation, kept up to date

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
