Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEPA or vocational bac, green spaces development option
The profile they look for:
- BEPA or vocational bac (bac professionnel), green spaces development option.
- Driving licence B required; licence C preferred.
- Knowledge of plants and plant protection products.
- Ability to use motorised equipment safely.
- Good physical fitness and teamwork.
- Autonomy, rigour and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
