Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Not stated. Significant experience would be a plus.
The profile they look for:
- Practical knowledge of managing green spaces.
- Knowledge of safety rules and plant treatment products.
- Knowledge of pruning, tree climbing and tree felling techniques.
- Ability to organise, work independently and show initiative.
- Ability to work in a team and a sense of public service.
- Driving licence B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B required; trailer licence BE preferred.
- CACES 1 and 8 preferred.
- Certiphyto preferred, or to be taken after hiring.
- Remote work not possible.
