Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Category B driving licence required.
- Knowledge of green space maintenance and plant care techniques.
- Ability to use plant protection products safely.
- Ability to operate professional powered equipment safely.
- Good physical fitness and teamwork.
- Rigour, autonomy and public service mindset.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website by sending your CV and cover letter to the mayor of Montierchaume.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
