Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP/BEP or bac pro in landscaping preferred, or equivalent
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- CAP/BEP or bac pro in landscaping preferred, or equivalent
- Category B driving licence required; BE licence a plus
- Ability to identify plants and prune shrubs and trees
- Ability to use powered equipment safely
- Good physical fitness, team spirit
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- CNAS membership and employer contribution to income protection and supplementary health insurance
- Category B driving licence required
