Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Public service spirit and care for the public good.
- Good people skills and teamwork.
- General knowledge of green spaces.
- Knowledge of planting techniques and garden plant varieties.
- Initiative and autonomy.
- Sense of responsibility and availability.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 30 (Closes in 31 days)
Send your CV and cover letter by email or by post to the town hall. You can also drop them off at the town hall during opening hours.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm, which may change depending on the weather.
- Remote work not possible.
- Position vacant from 30/11/2026.
- Category C post, no management duties.
