Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the adjoint technique grades, and a person without a civil service exam can be hired.

- Know green space maintenance techniques
- Know how to use and maintain equipment

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- On-call duty during the week, on a set schedule
- Outdoor work in all weather, protective equipment required
- May help at events on public holidays and at night
- CACES 1, 1B, 3B and 9 preferred; horticultural training and AIPR preferred
