Diploma: BEPA or vocational bac, green space development option
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- BEPA level or vocational bac in green space development.
- Driving licence category B required; category C wanted.
- Knowledge of green space and plant maintenance techniques.
- Ability to use plant protection products safely.
- Follows workplace safety rules.
- Good physical fitness and teamwork skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 13 (Closes in 42 days)
Apply on the employer's website, as stated on the official offer. The application asks for a CV and a cover letter sent to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Replacement post, vacant from 4 January 2027.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Technical on-call duties possible, on a rotation basis.
- Contract of 12 months, limited to the absence of the replaced staff member.
