Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person without a competitive exam can be hired directly, as the grade is an entry grade of category C (adjoint technique).
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Electrical diploma (CAP, BEP, BAC or BTS)
Experience: Experienced candidate
The profile they look for:
- Electrical knowledge, with a diploma (CAP, BEP, BAC or BTS).
- Electrical authorisations B2T, BR and BC required.
- Working at height training and CACES R486 aerial platform licence.
- Driving licence B required, licence C recommended.
- Follow electrical and road signage standards on public roads.
- Work in a team, with autonomy, rigour and punctuality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Full time, 35 hours per week, over 4 days.
- Travel, work at height, occasional night work and on-call duty on weekends and public holidays.
- Electrical authorisations mandatory, including live working.
