Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Know funeral regulations.
- Read a plan to find a grave plot.
- Driving licence B required.
- Work alone or in a team, and report back.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 11 (Closes in 40 days)
Apply on the employer's website. Also send your CV and cover letter to the Mayor by post, at the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
