Civil servants and contract agents can apply. An entry-level category C grade allows direct hiring without a competitive exam. Open grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 1st or 2nd class.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
