Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP appreciated, not required
Experience: Confirmed experience in the field
The profile they look for:
- Confirmed experience in roads or green spaces work
- Driving licence B required, BE appreciated
- Knowledge of road and green space maintenance work
- Interest in environmental and sustainable development methods
- Knows and applies workplace safety rules
- Good physical fitness, able to carry heavy loads and work at height
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter before 5 November 2026, by post or by email to the town hall. You can also apply on the employer's website linked from the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time job on a 36-hour cycle, with regular hours
- On-call duty about once a month
- Wearing safety clothing is compulsory
- The offer lists Dinard as the location, but the town hall is in Pleurtuit
